About series H
When NTA ran NEET UG in 2020, it issued the paper in more than one lettered series. The H series is gathered on this page: H1, H2, H3, H4, H5 and H6, each an English booklet and each around 3.1 MB. Everything here is a question paper; answer keys were not imported with them.
Quick facts
- Exam: NEET UG, held for the 2020 admission cycle.

- Origin: NTA archive links that were checked when the files were collected.
Using six codes sensibly
You do not need to attempt all six on consecutive days. A better plan is to space them out. Take H1 at the start of your revision, H2 after finishing Biology revision, H3 once Physics numericals feel steady, and keep the rest for the last month as quick confidence checks. Between attempts, open your notes and the NCERT line behind every question you got wrong.
What to track
| Measure | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Unattempted questions | Shows hesitation, not just ignorance |
| Negative marks lost | Reveals risky guessing |
| Time spent per subject | Helps you set pacing targets |
How it ties to the syllabus
The questions are drawn from Class 11 and 12 Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology as laid out in the NEET syllabus. After each attempt, label every error by chapter so your revision list writes itself.
Going further with the set
Once you have finished at least two of the codes, compare your results chapter by chapter. A chapter that costs you marks in both attempts is a real weakness; one that costs marks in only one attempt was probably carelessness. This distinction saves time because the first kind needs relearning and the second needs only calmer reading. If you study with friends, swap codes and discuss the reasoning behind answers you disagree on, since the best explanation of a hard question usually comes from a classmate who got it right for a clear reason.
- Aim to finish a first pass with ten minutes in hand for review.
- Mark doubtful items with a symbol and return only after the full paper is done.
